Museum 13 is a Master Hero Mode X ~ Novice map that is located at an exhibition hall themed around Mutation Mode. It is a remake of the classic Zone 13 map, forgoing the night urban theme for a bright and sleek gallery, while also expanding the layout and adding many new spots. Additionally, there is a tram coming occasionally on the line, located near the balcony, that can push players to the ground.

Trivia[]
- During beta tests, the character exhibit incorrectly featured Master Hero facing off Xeno with the blank Dual Kukri. It was eventually addressed into Commando in later adjustment, but the artwork remains the same.
- Additionally, players couldn't reach the thin ledge of the Dark Village Gallery section as it was simply for exhibition. Later adjustment has the pathway expanded so players can hop on and defense like the said map.
