M4A1-Custom-Octane is an assault rifle variant of M4A1-Custom in CrossFire.
Overview
Just like the original M4A1-Custom, this weapon is customized with a dot-sight scope, foldable buttstock, a silencer, and expanded magazine capacity.
This gun has been painted with Origin™ logo to promote EA's Origin™ co-operation with CrossFire Europe.
It was meant to be released along with BC-Axe-Octane, Jackhammer-Octane and MK23-Octane, but was dropped for unknown reason.
Advantages
- Moderate high damage dealing.
- High accuracy.
- Medium rate of fire.
- Usable red dot sight.
- Higher accuracy when using red dot sight.
Disadvantages
- Loses accuracy when sprayed for too long.
- Slow rate of fire when using red dot sight.

Trivia
- This gun is very hard to see on battlefield because only few accounts has it permanently.
- In the game system, this weapon called as M4A1-EX_ORIGIN.
- In some versions, there is another gun (M4A1-Custom Autumn Camo) which is mistakenly named with this weapon.
- Players need to download another EA Europe progress and make sure CF Europe has been added in their list, once players login with it, they can get this gun for 30 days.
