Knight SR-25 is a semi-automatic sniper rifle in CrossFire.
Overview[]
The Knight SR-25 fires 7.62x51mm NATO ammunition. It has high accuracy, a fast firing rate, and is also lightweight. The design of the SR-25 is nearly similar to M16A2. This gun is often a 2-hit kill, but it can sometimes score a 1-hit kill if aimed properly, wallbang damage is also very good, and no-zoom firing is very accurate as well.

Trivia[]
- The SR-25 model uses a match rifle version with an M16 buttstock and similar to the M110 SASS, whereas the Double Knights variant uses an APC version.
- Knight SR-25 has a very similar firing sound to the TRG-21 and Barrett M82A1, coupled with its rarity, making people often accuse anyone using this gun as a hacker. This is because TRG-21 and Barrett M82A1 are bolt-action sniper rifles while the Knight SR-25 is a semi-automatic sniper rifle, so people hearing this gun firing continuously may think it's a hacker using TRG-21 or Barrett M82A1.
- In CF Philippines, the Knight SR-25 has a longer reverb (same with the AWM).
- The reskin variants (except the Animal variant) has a unique firing noise with much quieter.
- The Animal variant is originally to feature with backup sight, later it was scrapped then it shares on the stock ones, instead.
- Despite being one of the best semi-automatic sniper rifles in Black Market in CF Vietnam, Knight SR-25 was removed from BM after an update patch. This is because not many players prefer Semi-Automatic Sniper and there are a lot more rival weapons (AWM, Barrett M82A1, CheyTac M200, etc.). It doesn't help that the Ares/Burning Shot variants are too superior compared to the original Knight SR-25.
- Nowadays, players can obtain it from events.
- In February 2018, anyone who logs in for 7 days can choose some selected permanent weapons and Knight SR-25 is one of them.
- In CF Philippines, this weapon won't drop when a user gets killed. This is likely due to the coding being directly taken from CF Vietnam, whereas all the Black Market guns don't drop if the owner got killed.
- This later fixed in a subsequent patches, so the weapon is now droppable each time a user gets killed.
- Oddly, this weapon comes with an attached suppressor but the firing noise is produced louder, which is illogical. This later was correctly on a reskin variants. Only an exception is the Animal variant.
