KTR-08 is an assault rifle available in various CF Versions.
Overview
This gun can be considered a modern version of the AK-47, very powerful and accurate at mid to long range. It has a lower recoil than AK-47 in exchange for a slightly slower firing speed as well - this gun reloads quite fast, but the draw speed is more or less mediocre.

Trivia
- In the description of the KTR-08, the manufacturer of this gun is "Krebs of Russia", which is wrong. Krebs is an American based company that manufactures custom made AKs.
- In CF Vietnam, KTR-08 cannot be sold back to the shop for GP, as the GM states "to make it more valuable". Recent patches fixed this problem and now it can be resold like most other GP weapons.
- When it was added to CF Russia, due to coding error, the sound was abnormally loud and did not change regardless of the distance. It was fixed in a later patch.
- KTR-08 in real life is a semi-automatic only rifle chambered for the 7.62x39mm cartridge.
- In CF Indonesia, this gun has been nerfed to have the same recoil like AK-47 making this gun not worthy for its price.
