AN94-Ultimate Gold is an assault rifle variant of AN94.

This weapon features a shiny and heavily-plated gold texture.
Unlike the majority of re-skin weapons, it doesn't get any ammo boost, probably owing to its OPed nature.

Trivia[]
- This is the first AN94 variant that adapted new model.
- This is one of the few Ultimate Gold Weapons that has no ammo cap increase, after Barrett M82A1 UGS, followed by Barrett M82A1-UG and 9A-91-UGS.
- Due to the aforementioned fact, many CF VN players consider this weapon as a joke since this is the first and only AN94 variant to have no ammo boost, while all others do have. Despite being OPed, many players claim that they would better buy the GP one than spinning for the UG.
- This is also the only AN94 variant to have no ammo boost fixed in all CF versions. From the Gold Phoenix variant, in CF China, this weapon has no ammo boost but +2 in most other regions.
- CF Vietnam was supposed to receive this gun on 1195 patch, but it was cancelled after being deemed to OPed by SmileGate. Weapon stats and Item Icon are the only leftover data in CF VN client.
- After 1246 patch, along with the original AN94, this gun has been updated in CF Vietnam.
