What Jarming said. You will need:
REZ File Opener/Extractor to even see what is in the .REZ
.LTB converter to convert into a model that isn't from 2006
CS6 Photoshop with plug-in or old version of Gimp with plug-in to see what the texture even is
Do not Google or Youtube: ltb to smd
Nobody except the developer of your version will know when ANY type of content is released. You will have to wait for the announcement.
You can register a QQ account from the international QQ and use it, you can download CF CN and log in. But you they will block you in-game because your account does not have a Chinese citizen ID verified to it. You would have to find someone with those types of accounts. I cannot help you with that sorry.

Regular GP variant is poopy and people often mistake it as good because the CFS variant is the upgraded version so they think the GP one is too. Every Colt variant is better than the GP variant. I'm not sure about WCG or WEM though, and all Dual variants suck too.
There is such a thing, it's called Bomb Tech. Play 480 S&D Matches for the max effect, it doesn't work in Ranked though. Ghost Mode has a seperate achievement and you would have to play 480 GM Matches too. This can be cut in half with a VVIP that has Achievement Progress Boost like
If I remember correctly Windows 8 had a lot of problems with CF in general not just 32 bit or 64 bit. When I upgraded to Windows 10 for free then it worked a lot better for my 64 bit computer. I would upgrade to Windows 10, which should be free for all Windows 8 users, and try a fresh install of CrossFire
First all male VVIP character has to come from the West and be Western... Well it's only been 4 years. Hopefully it doesn't have bad perks and actually be useful, maybe a new type of perk? Special is on left, GR in middle, BL on right.
Yes they're eventually going to pass as a VIP character. The whole main problem about a pay to win game is that they will always make the newer things more powerful so people will spend money on it. The side effect to that is that old content gets left behind and outdated, making people feel bitter about spending money when it's going to be useless in the next update. I'm only ok with that system when you make ALL older content be just as powerful as the newer content and keep as much balance possible. In the end, I'd rather let people pay for cosmetics instead of overpowered content. Cosmetics make you look good even though you're bad at the game, but overpowered content just gives a false impression that you're good at the game.
Take this person for example, he won 4 items within 20 crates http://forum.z8games.com/forum/crossfire/crossfire-barracks/6869646-fishy
I quoet this word by word!
"The Black Market system is a luck-based system where players purchase a crate knowing that they will receive three random items when they open any crate. This system is purely based on luck and there is no guarantee for any user to win a specific weapon from a crate. All players have the same chance of winning from these crates, and Z8Games Staff members do not and cannot increase, decrease, or manipulate the winning rate of any crate under any circumstances."
The sources are taken directly from their official webpage. http://support.z8games.com/us/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/201/11/why-do-i-not-win-anything-from-the-black-market
You know they can lie and just say that, the simple fact is that crate was released with higher chances of winning even before the crate was a free event. It says in the thread you linked, the guy said he won all of them when it was orignally released 2 years ago, and once again they didn't maniupluate it since 2 years ago.
"This Halloween Costume crate was introduced 2 years ago and was purchasable on the Black Market then and last year for cheaper than any other BM crate and yes the win rate is higher. Note that just because the win rate is higher doesnt mean you'll win....but it is more likely. I won all 5 permanent items in it the first year it was available within like 50 or 80 crates."
There's their loop hole, they released it with higher odds of other crates, but never changed it from 2 years ago. It's the developers choice on win percentage for the initial crate release, if they change it then they could easily get sued.
So once again, they are able to change it BEFORE it releases, but can't change it after. Besides, I don't think any other versions had this exact crate so it must have been a curated crate to begin with.
EDIT: Besides I'm not trying to argue, I think the stuff devs do by giving themselves all the weapons or select weapons that haven't been released yet is bullshit. But the crate issue isn't one they can mess with because of legal reasons.
Take this person for example, he won 4 items within 20 crates http://forum.z8games.com/forum/crossfire/crossfire-barracks/6869646-fishy
Because of a higher win chance.
I agree on all points except the black market thing. They publicly said that it is % and you aren't gaurenteed anything from the black market because it's complete luck, but it's the lowest % of all other versions. The only reason why the Costumes weren't won consistently is because of the player count that dips and gains throughout the day. More players are on around 2 AM PST because of the Egyptian population, then dies down towards Lunch time PST. If you stare at the server selection the whole day then you'll clearly see how fast it dies down and then ramps up again 12 hours later for the US and EU population. The only reason why everyone was winning because it was a high percentage and you could get the crates for free meaning more people spinning.
